Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy
At Neev Organics, we take great care in creating and delivering products that are soft, safe, and thoughtfully made for your little ones. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for orders within India only. Currently, returns or exchanges are not available for Dubai (UAE) orders due to high international logistics costs.
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product
- The item is not a personalized, discounted, or final sale product
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Innerwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift boxes
- Discounted/sale items
- International (Dubai) orders
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please:
- Email us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery
- Mention your order number, reason for return, and attach product photos if applicable
- Our team will verify and arrange a reverse pickup (for eligible pin codes)
If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you may be asked to ship the product to us yourself.
4. Exchange Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- We will dispatch the replacement product (subject to availability), or
- You may choose to receive store credit for the same value
Exchanges are free of cost for your first request. Subsequent exchange requests for the same order may incur a shipping fee.
5. Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are only processed in the following cases:
- You received a wrong, defective, or damaged product
- The product is out of stock and cannot be exchanged
- You cancelled the order before dispatch
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days of approval. For prepaid orders via UPI, credit/debit cards, or wallets, the amount will be reversed directly. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

7. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you’ve received a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly through a replacement or refund.
8. Important Notes
- All returns are subject to inspection by our team
- Products returned in used/damaged condition will not be eligible for exchange or refund
- Shipping charges (if paid) are non-refundable
- Refunds will not be issued if the return doesn't meet the eligibility criteria
