At Neev Organics, we are committed to delivering your orders with care and on time. We currently ship across India and to Dubai (UAE). Please read below for details on our shipping process, timelines, and charges.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All major cities and towns in India
  • Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

If your location isn’t covered, feel free to reach out and we’ll try our best to assist.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your order and tracking details once your order is dispatched.

During busy seasons or promotional periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Dubai (UAE) 7–12 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance (for Dubai), and courier partner performance.

4. Shipping Charges

  • India:
    • Free shipping on orders above ₹999
    • For orders below ₹999, a flat ₹75 shipping fee applies
  • Dubai:
    • Flat international shipping charge of ₹999 / AED equivalent
    • Duties and taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the customer and may be payable upon delivery, depending on UAE import rules

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can track the status of your package anytime using this link.

6. Delays & Delivery Issues

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure smooth delivery, but delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

  • Weather or natural disasters
  • Local restrictions or strikes
  • Customs delays (especially for Dubai orders)

In case of delay, we’ll keep you updated. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please contact our support team.

7. Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping details before placing the order. Neev Organics is not responsible for:

  • Orders with incorrect/incomplete addresses
  • Missed deliveries due to customer unavailability
  • Any additional charges for re-shipping due to the above reasons

8. Packaging

All our products are packed in eco-friendly, plastic-free packaging, keeping both your child and the planet in mind. We ensure that your order is safely and neatly packed for transit.
